The Late Accident on the Gulf Road
{Savannah, Albany & Gulf RR} |
The names of the men mentioned
in our issue of yesterday as having been injured on the Gulf Railroad,
were not King, as stated, but Keen. We learn that the one who had his
legs cut off died half an hour after he arrived at the hospital. He
leaves a wife and seven children. The two brothers were attached to an
artillery company stationed at or near Apalachicola. Their names were
Randal and Thomas Keen, Randal being the one who died from his injuries. |
