All goods consigned to James
M. Selkirk, Forwarding Agent, not subject to duties, under the
Confederate States Tariff, when shipped in parcels separate and distinct
from dutiable goods, Bills of Lading and invoices for the same being
forwarded to him and received, prior to the vessel being discharged,
will, as heretofore, go forward free, adding only charge for
making entry at Custom House -- a very small item. |
From and after April 1st, this
Company will cease to advance expenses on goods transported over their
Road, except those above referred to. |
