The Yankees at Brunswick
{Fla.} |
***** |
Brunswick was deserted, our
troops having withdrawn a short distance into the interior. On Monday
night, the 10th inst., Capt. William A. McDonald was sent to look after
the invaders and secure the switches, &c., of the railroad "Y." His
force amounted to about one hundred "picked men." ***** |
