| Savannah, Nov. 6th, 1863 |
| At the request of the
representatives of several Railroads, a meeting of the Presidents and
Superintendents of the several Railroads of the Confederate States is
hereby called to convene at the city of Macon, Ga., on Wednesday, the
25th of November, instant. |
| The object of the meeting is
to consider the matter of Rates for Government Transportation. |
