Railroad Explosion |
The boiler of the down freight
train on the State road {Western & Atlantic RR}
exploded yesterday morning
{about 10/20?} near Calhoun. The
wood-passer had his thighs badly fractured, and his injuries are
supposed to be mortal. The engineer was injured more or les, and another
person badly scalded. The train and disabled engine were removed before
the down passenger train came along. |
