Notice to Passengers and Consignors of
Freight on R. F. & P. R. R. {Richmond,
Fredericksburg & Potomac RR} |
Owing to scarcity of Small
Notes and the inability to procure them, this Company is compelled to
notify Passengers on its trains and Consignors of Freight, that they
will be required to provide the change in payment of Fares and Freights.
If provided by the Company at the expense of a premium, the Company must
be reimbursed by the Passenger or Consignor. |
For the accommodation of
persons along the line of the road, traveling every day, Monthly tickets
may be had on application at this office, at greatly reduced rates. |
