| Notice is hereby given, that
for want of a quorum to constitute the annual meeting of Stockholders of
this Company, appointed to be held on the 18th inst., that meeting
adjourned over until Wednesday, the 13th day of January next, -- than to
convene at 10 o'clock, A. M., at the office of the Company in Lynchburg. |
| Stockholders who cannot attend
the adjourned meeting in person, are requested to appoint proxies to
represent them. |
