| The Board of Directors have declared a
Dividend of Six per Cent. on the capital stock of this Company, payable
on and after the 31st, at the office of the Company, in the city of
Richmond, to all persons who may be stockholders on that day, or to
their lawful attorneys. |
| The Books of Transfer will be closed until
the 1st of January, 1866. |
