| The Board of Directors of the Petersburg
Railroad Company have declared a dividend (the third this year, we
believe,) of twenty per cent. The Petersburg Express says that
this road is one of the most prosperous in the Confederacy. Its stock is
now held at $169, and several shares were sold in Petersburg a few days
since at $ 50. |

Petersburg Railroad Company have declared a dividend of 6 per cent. |
