| At a meeting of the Commissioners
appointed for opening books of subscription to the above Road, the
following resolution was adopted: |
| Resolved, The books of subscription
for stock in the Company be forthwith opened at the Bank of Cape Fear
in the City of Raleigh, under the superintendence of Wm. H. Jones. |
