| The Western Railroad |
| The Company having contracted with Messrs.
Washington and Co. to grade 10 miles of the track of this road to Ore
Hill, these gentlemen advertise for laborers, and for sub-Contractors
to take a portion of the work. See their advertisements. It is their
desire to employ a large force, so as to complete the grading by the
1st of July next. |
