| Notice is hereby given that, for want of a
quorum to constitute the annual meeting of stockholders of this
Company appointed to be held on the 16th inst., that meeting adjourned
over until Wednesday, the 18th day of January next, then to convene at
10 o'clock of that day, at the office of the Company, in Lynchburg. |
| Stockholders who cannot attend the
adjourned meeting in person, are requested to appoint proxies to
represent them. |
