To the Employees of the Virginia Central Railroad |
In all cases hereafter, if the misconduct
of any employee on the Virginia Central Railroad requires dismissal,
notice is hereby given, that he will not only be discharged by his
superior invested with the poser, but, if the superior thinks proper,
any arrearage of pay will be withheld, and his name and the cause of
his dismissal, unless reinstated by the Board on appeal, will be
published in one or more newspapers, to prevent, if possible, injury
to the public, and any other railroad company, likely to arise from
employing him. |
