| At a meeting of this body on Saturday
last, the following appointments were announced: |
| Wilmington & Weldon Road |
| State Directors: W. W. Breckle, of Halifax, in place of
Mr. Whitaker; George W. Collier, of Wayne, in place of W. K. Lane; Wm.
A. Wright, of Wilmington, reappointed. |
| State Proxies: T. D. Meares, proxy for the
State, Wilmington & Manchester Road; O. G. Parsley, State proxy,
Wilmington & Weldon Road. |
