Passports |
Notice is hereby given that
Passports will be required from all persons leaving Richmond by the
Virginia Central Railroad. No exceptions will be made, however well
known the person or persons may be to the officers of the road.
Conductors are instructed to put off, at the first station, any person
who may get on the cars without a ticket, or with a free ticket, unless
he has a passport -- Soldiers under orders are alone excepted. |
