| On the motion of Mr.
Christian, it was |
| "Resolved, That the
Board of Public Works be requested to furnish the Senate with the
estimate of the lowest cost, and of the earliest point of time, at which
the uncompleted work on the Covington and Ohio railroad can be made
available for transportation purposes as far westward as the White
Sulphur Springs." |
