Notice to Persons Sending Packages to Soldiers at
Manassas, Staunton, &c., &c. |
The practice of sending large packages by
the mail Trains is becoming too burdensome to the train, besides
causing delay, that I find it necessary to caution persons to confine
themselves to very small packages, or they will run the risk of their
being left, besides subject to express charges. |
