| Dividend Notice |
| The Board of Directors of the Seaboard &
Roanoke Railroad Company have declared a dividend of three and a half
per cent. on the capital stock of the Company, payable at the office of
the Richmond, Fredericksburg & Potomac Railroad Company, in the city of
Richmond, on and after the 1st day of September proximo. |
