| There being no station at Hamilton's
crossing and the station at Guinea's being engrossed by the Government,
persons sending goods over this railroad to either of these points, are
required to assume all risk of loss and damage. |
| No good delivered at those points will be
received in the depot until an acknowledgement is given the company by
the owner or shipper, relieving the company of all responsibility for
their loss or damage. |
