On Friday night last one of the freight
cars of the {Richmond &} Danville railroad,
while at the depot, on the Manchester side of the river, was broken
into and robbed of a large lot of coffee. Robberies on this road are
of frequent occurrence, and scarcely a night passes that one is not
committed. |
