| Railroad Accident |

| An upward and downward train collided
yesterday at or near Johnson, on the Western & Atlantic Railroad.
Passengers report that the engineer and fireman of one train and eight
soldiers were killed, and thirty persons wounded. A number of horses
were also killed. |
