A Summersault |
The heavy engine No.
225, formerly running on the Baltimore & Ohio railroad, ran off
the track of the {Virginia} Central
railroad at Louisa Court-House on Friday, and turned over against the
bank. The down mail-train was detained about four hours, until the
track could be laid around it. When the engine
was raised on Saturday and placed on the track, it was found to have
sustained no injury. The accident was caused by a misplaced switch. |
