| To facilitate the transfer of
Recruits from Recruiting stations to their Regiments, officers of
railroad companies are notified that the Recruiting Officers are
authorized to give orders of transportation for
their recruits, and such orders or certificates of transportation
given by the persons in charge of the recruits, will be acknowledged
as sufficient vouchers for payment. |
