Richmond, Fredericksburg & Potomac railroad Company,
President's Office, Richmond, December 30, 1864 |
Notice. No officer, agent or employee of
this Company shall purchase for himself or others, nor be interested,
directly or indirectly, in the purchase of any Wood within five miles
of the line of this railroad, to be resold thereon or in this city;
and such purchase shall be deemed for resale unless satisfactorily
shown to the President of the Company to be only for the consumption
of the officer, agent or employee purchasing it. Any one of whom
violating or evading this regulation will be immediately dismissed
from the service of the Company. |
Any officer, agent or employee of this
Company selling in this city Wood for other owners and consignees,
shall receive therefore only a fixed sum per cord, to be first
approved by the President of this Company. |
