| The route still open to Fredericksburg |
| No notice has been received, as stated,
directing the Provost Marshal here not to grant passes to Fredericksburg
except to citizens of that place. The route by the
Richmond,
Fredericksburg
& Potomac Railroad is still open and
any one who obtains a pass may reach that city with as much facility
as ever. |
