Virginia Central Railroad |
The annual meeting of stockholders of the
Virginia Central Railroad Company was held last evening at Odd
Fellows' Hall. The President read his report, of which we have
heretofore given a synopsis, and the stockholders were well satisfied
with the exhibits, as well as with the conduct of affairs generally.
E. Fontaine was re-elected President;
and N. B. Hill and Dr. John R. Woods, Directors, on the part of the
private stockholders. No other business of importance was transacted. |
