VII. It is hereby directed that all wheat
delivered at depots on the various railroads of this State, consigned
or sold to Messrs. Haxall. Crenshaw & Co., of Richmond, acting as
agents, and whose mills are grinding exclusively for the Government,
shall have the preference of transportation
given to Government freight over that of individuals, and also over
such other freight on account of the Government as the necessities of
the service will permit. |
