Resolved, That the Commissioners of
Streets be and are hereby directed to investigate all differences
existing between the city of Richmond and the Richmond & York
River Railroad Company, growing out of
the supposed change in the grade of Dock street and the location of
the main and side track of the said railroad along
Dock street; and also what protection will be required to Cary street
in consequence of the grading of the depot lots of the said railroad
company, and make report to the Council at its next meeting, with any
suggestions which to them may seem proper. |
