Land Slide |
A slide of a large mass of
earth took place on R. F. Bibb & Co.'s contract, on the Covington
& Ohio Railroad, a few days ago,
with disastrous consequences. Mr. Jno. Steele, the manager, had a
thigh broken and was otherwise crippled; a boy named Henry Myers was
badly injured, and two negro convicts were killed. |
