Stockholders in the late sold-out Company,
residing within the State of Virginia, to whom circulars have been
addressed by the new and existing Company, are hereby notified that
Messrs. R. H. Maury & Co. Bankers, Richmond, Va., are authorized
to arrange with such of them as are disposed to accept the proposition
made, they having my receipts for stock in the new Company, according
to the terms of the proposition, to be delivered to such of the old
Stockholders as shall accept. |
Old Stock should be surrendered upon
delivery of my receipts, if in possession of the Stockholder. |
The proposition made is liable to be
withdrawn at any time. |
