The Chatham Railroad Company |
We are glad to learn that the President of
this Company has received large supplies from the government and
doubled his force by letting out a portion of the road to Messrs. John
& Edmund Wilkes, who have the labor, &c., ready to prosecute
their undertaking vigorously. Every effort will be made to finish the
road to Lockville, on Deep river by the coming winter. |
