| Vicksburg, Shreveport & Texas Railroad |
| The Vicksburg Whig, of the
26th, has the following: |
| We learn that the stockholders
of the Vicksburg, Shreveport & Texas Railroad have purchased from
Messrs. Fannin, Grant & Co., their contract for the building of the
road. It is known that under the contract, Messrs. R., G. & Co. agreed
to run the trains ?????, also, has been relinquished to the company. |
