Change of Time |
Our readers will find in
another column an advertisement of Mr. Geo. B. Nichols, Superintendent
of the Galveston and Houston Railroad {Galveston,
Houston & Henderson RR}, about the change of time of the trains
on that road. The train leaving Galveston at 7:45 in the morning,
connects at Harrisburg, at 10:40 A. M., with the train on the Buffalo
Bayou, Brazos & Colorado railway, for the end of that road at Alleyton,
(thence by stages daily to Columbus, La Grange, Bastrop, Austin,
Halletsville, Gonzales and San Antonio) and it reaches Houston at 11
o'clock A. M. -- making connection with the "Houston & Texas Central
Railroad, for the end of that road at Navasota. |
