| Memphis & Little Rock Railroad |
| The State Gazette, of the
11th, says: |
| This road is now open, and
carrying passengers from Devall's Bluffs to Brownsville. For the
present the stage line from Little Rock connects with the railroad at
Brownsville. Before a great while connections will be made this side
of Bayou Meter, and by the end of the month we hope to see the
railroad completed between White and Arkansas rivers. |
