Memphis & Ohio Railroad |
The Memphis Bulletin says that
much anxiety exists on the line of this railroad, lest, in case of and
invasion, it might be got into the possession of the enemy and states in
order to quiet this apprehension that such military precautions have
been taken as will render impossible hostile use of the road. The same
fact exists as to other roads, crossing or connecting with the Memphis &
Ohio road. |
