   The following communication was read on 'Change in Memphis, on Saturday. Our readers will perceive that the railroads that were destroyed, are now all in good order, and that our shippers will not have any trouble in having their goods forwarded to their destination; and, also, another communication from the War Department in relation to the embargo of produce put on by Major General Polk:
Atlanta, Ga., Nov. 16, 1861
To Capt. Ross, Superintendent Memphis & Charleston Railroad:
   Track will be finished around the burned bridges, and the trains run through on Monday.

   In reply to your letter of the 30th of October, the Secretary of War directs me to say, that Gen. Pol, has been requested to revoke his order interdicting the export of grain.
