Notice to Delinquent Stockholders in the
Va. & Tenn. R. R. Company |
In conformity with a resolution of the Board of Directors
of the Virginia & Tennessee Railroad Company, adopted on the 30th of
October, 1862, notice is hereby given to the following delinquent
stockholders in said Company, that unless they come forward and pay
the balance opposite to their names, with the interest due thereon,
on or before the 14th day of March, 1863, I shall, on that day, in
front of the Market House, in the city of Lynchburg, proceed to
sell, at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, the unpaid
shares standing in their names on the books of the Company: |
