Southern Freights |
|
The amount of freights going Southward is unusually
heavy. It was only a day or two since that the Nashville &
Chattanooga Railroad was able to receive freights, having been
completely blocked And we see the freights by the Memphis &
Charleston Railroad are too great for the capacity of that road. The
greater portion of these freights consist of flour, grain and
provisions for parts in the Southern States. |
