Stockholders in the late sold
out Company in Nashville, Knoxville and Middle Tennessee, who may choose
to accept the proposition made to them by the new Company, can, if more
convenient to them, pay the twenty per cent. to A. H. Hicks, (at Hicks'
China Hall, Nashville,) who is authorized to receive it and furnish the
necessary receipts. The proposition made is liable to be withdrawn at
any time, and if any parties should neglect to look after their
interest, they cannot plead a want of notice. |
