| The thirteenth Annual Convention of the
Stockholders of the Alabama & Tennessee River Rail Road Company will
convene at Shelby Springs on Wednesday the ninth day of July next (1862)
for the purpose of electing a President and Board of ten Directors for
said company for the ensuing year. |
| The Board are requested to meet at the
same place on the Monday previous. |
