The Liberty Gazette states
that two cars {of the Texas & New Orleans
RR}, filled with passengers -- men, women and children -- ran
off the track between that place and Houston, on Wednesday last,
completely upsetting in a deep water-hole. Fortunately no damage was
done except the frightening of of the ladies and the complete
drenching of the passengers. |
