| Railroad Accident |
| On Wednesday evening the passenger train
on the Southern {(of Mississippi)} Railroad
was thrown off the track, east of Brandon, by running over a tree which
had fallen across the road. The locomotive, baggage and one passenger
car were slightly damaged. Two or three persons sustained some little
injury, but none were seriously hurt. A locomotive was sent out
yesterday at 11 o'clock to bring in the cars, and arrived last night. |
