Hereafter No Freight will go by the passenger trains on
the Petersburg R. Road except limited quantities of necessary
supplies for domestic consumption or use, and limited quantities of
furniture, (to be restricted to articles of necessity) for refugees,
in all cases double rates will be charged on the passenger trains. |
