| The undersigned have this day
associated themselves in co-partnership under the firm, name and
style, of Morris, Campbell & Co. for the purpose of constructing
Railroads, and have assumed the contracts heretofore held by E. L.
Wentz & Co., for the construction of the "Texas & New
Orleans Railroad," Texas Division, and have entered into
contracts with said Railroad Company for the erection of further and
additional structures, on the line of its works. |
