| On the 27th ult., the
stockholders of the Mississippi, Ouachita & Red River rail road
company, held their annual meeting in Camden, and elected the follow
board of directors, viz: Messrs. Rainey, Hill, Kellam, Stone, Rumph,
Halley, Greening, Feilows, Martin, Pennington, Harrison and Elliott. The
former efficient and able president, Jas. Thos. Elliott, was unanimously
re-elected for the ensuing year. |
