Sad Accident |
We learn that a dispatch was
received in this city last night, stating that William Cooper, a
member of the Jackson Artillery, accidentally fell off the train on
Tuesday night, and was so mangled that he died very soon. His loss was
not discovered until after the arrival of the Company in Savannah. |
