| At the annual meeting of the
Stockholders on Tuesday last, the following gentlemen, viz: A. E.
Cochran, B. F. Rose, T. R. Bloom, George Walker, E. L. Strohecker, L.
N. Whittle, D. Brown, W. K. Philips and Stephen Collins, were elected
Directors. At a subsequent meeting of the Board, A. E. Cochrane was
elected President, Arthur Dickinson Secretary and Treasurer, and Geo.
H. Hazlehurst, Chief Engineer. |
| A dividend of 3 1/2 per cent.
was declared from the earnings of the past six months. |
