An unknown Man Killed on the Macon &
Western R. R. |
A train on the Macon &
Western Road, ran over and instantly killed some unknown person, while
lying on the track near Jonesboro’, last Thursday morning. Every
exertion was made by the Engineer to stop his train, but all to no
purpose, as the unfortunate man was not seen in time to prevent this
accident, which all regret, and none more so than the Engineer. |
