Accident on the South Western R. R. |
As the freight trains due here
yesterday evening were coming up the road, the first train being
heavily loaded, was overtaken and run into by the second, which caused
considerable cracking, but no material damage. We learn that Mr. Elfe
promptly repaired to the spot, and the passenger trains were not
interrupted. |
