| The Board of Directors of the
Mobile & Ohio Railroad Company have declared a Dividend of six per
cent. on the capital stock of the Company, payable in Confederate
notes to the Stockholders, or their legal representatives, on and
after the 15th July next. |
| The Transfer Books of this
Company will be closed on the 1st July. |
